When the owner of Prep Cuts came to us with an ask to create a website experience on par with the real-life experience of visiting Prep Cuts’ urban hair studio in San Francisco we were 100% up to the challenge. Prep is a growing brand that makes hair style fun for kids and their parents. They’re proof that you can be youth-oriented, urban, modern, and playfully stylish all at once. We infused all of those attributes into a new website, complete with a new, robust online store so that current and future clients alike can have an easy-to-use, beautiful experience that matches what it’s like to walk into the studio.
We were happy to help PREP take full advantage of all the native features of the Squarespace Advanced Commerce plan including shoppable products on Instagram, online gift cards and a ShipStation integration to make managing online orders easy. One of the other features that we know PREP clients will love are several monthly membership options; members can subscribe for monthly services, product discounts and other benefits and PREP’s website manages all of the details for them. Of course, all those features are brought to life by the in-store experience at the PREP studio and clients can easily book a cut, color or style appointment using the Booker integration we streamlined for this revamp. Paired with some custom mockups and playful new icons, PREP’s new website is ready serve this expanding brand now and into the future.
