Lead Generation Forms
Forms are powerful tools for qualifying leads who want to do business with you. Where some brands get things wrong is that they build enormous, robust forms so they can capture every little bit of data from the user. In face of some of these forms, research shows most users give up and close the website. We recommend another - gentler - route. Take the standard contact questions and add 1-3 additional high-level questions that will successfully give you an idea of how serious the lead might be. That’s enough. Anything more verges on abrasive.
